Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team is a specialized team of fire department personnel who are trained to provide emotional and psychological support to fire fighters who have experienced critical incidents or traumatic events, such as line-of-duty deaths, serious accidents, or other high-stress incidents.
the CISM Team plays a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of firefighters, helping them to cope with the emotional impact of critical incidents and promoting long-term resilience and recovery.
